I recently stayed in a room that exceeded my expectations in several small but meaningful ways. The bed was plush and supportive, offering a night of restful sleep after long days on the road. The room layout was thoughtful, with ample charging outlets by the desk and bedside, a spacious work area, and a lounge-style chair that made relaxing between meetings easy.

Conveniently located in the city centre, Crowne Plaza Foshan is a walking distance to Guangfo Metro Station and close to the shopping hub. Ceramic Exhibition Centre is 13 minutes' drive away.

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to suggest installing handheld bidet sprayers in the bathrooms, as I believe this would significantly improve the comfort and experience of many of your guests. A large number of your guests are from Arab countries, where handheld bidet sprayers are considered an essential bathroom facility and an important part of daily hygiene. Providing them would better meet the needs and expectations of these guests, enhance their comfort, and further improve their overall satisfaction with your hotel's services. Thank you for your time and consideration. I sincerely hope you will take this suggestion into account. Yours sincerely,

The front desk staff are very professional, especially 念安, who extended his help beyond our expectations. He even helped us booked a Didi from hotel to baiyun airport so that we do not need to pay extra for highway toll and empty car surcharge for driver's return trip from airport. Location of hotel is great, just a few minutes walk to zumiao. Lots of eateries and malls around hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone intending to visit Foshan.
