A high-quality 5-star hotel with great value. The facilities are complete with a nice pool and gym. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the room view is amazing and the resort is very quiet—perfect for relaxation. The staff are truly professional. Special thanks to Wendy who assisted us from the moment we booked, arranging all our transport, tickets, and itinerary seamlessly. She made our trip wonderful and worry-free. Traveling with two energetic kids? THIS IS YOUR SPOT! The mineral-water pools kept them happy for hours while we relaxed. Golf cart transfers to the national park saved our sanity (no waiting for buses!). Staff speak perfect English and amazed us - they printed kid-friendly trail maps and taught our boys how to say "hello monkey" in Chinese! Breakfast buffet had made-to-order omelets. Wish we'd booked longer - next time we’ll stay a week!

The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

The hotel has an amazing location, in the middle of the mountains, located closely to the Middle Gate of the national park. Rooms are wonderful and so is the pool, which gives you the ultimate holiday vibes. The staff is incredibly friendly and immediately welcome you like a friend.
