VietnamLocation is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

Mr Smulin was very helpful to me such as buying new air tickets to other city of China and further amendments as well as arrangement for my airport transfer. DenmarkOh, wow. Probably one of my best hotel experiences in China. I needed a quiet place to work, and I ended up staying for two weeks. The room is spacious, they have free afternoon cake, and the hotel is just across the national park, where I went for a walk every day. The hotel is a little tucked away: after exploring, I found you could reach more lively areas after 20-30 minutes walk. Also, it's not close to public transportation, so I just opted for didi.
All in all, amazing stay. I will do my best to return.

SpainI really liked the hotel, especially the staff’s attitude toward the guests. Special thanks to the staff who were working on the night of March 10 to 11. We needed… we had a long layover and needed to stay overnight. They welcomed us, accommodated us, and we were leaving early in the morning, so they gave us breakfast to take with us on the road. It was so kind, so heartfelt, and so home-like that I am very grateful to the staff.

CanadaWe loved our stay here! It was in a quieter part of town, walking distance to a great green space with ponds and a canal, and also a wide walking/biking lane area. Nearby were little restaurants and shops that were in a touristy-looking area but actually were great authentic spots. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and our rooms were excellent! Our kids had the room with the slide, which they took full adavantage of. The spaciousness of the rooms was much appreciated, as was the cleanliness and quiet at night.

One of cities with best climate you could image, especially in sommer time. A lot of sight seeings in the neighbouring region. However, this city suffers ill planning in many ways, just like other major big cities in China. It is a city with endless chaos.

Fall in love with this literary hotel! There is a book bar and tea room in the lobby, providing free Pu-erh tea, sitting by the window in the afternoon to read a book and drink tea, the sun shines in warmly. The room is warmly decorated, the hanging paintings are all Kunming landscape photos, the details are attentive, and the life is super comfortable!

Kunming is a larger city ...
Kunming is a larger city ... I had fun, but found Dali and Lijiang to be slightly more interesting. The flower market was a real eye-opener, I didn't realize how much we're upcharged in Hong Kong! Nice city, and I will return ... it is the gateway to Yunnan.

A beautiful place with many places to visit. Weather can be a little unpredictable. Just buy new clothes if you have to. There are many options and an excuse to revamp your closets. Many options to eat from the snacks to restaurants. Payments are seemless and 90% digital. Make sure you download your Alipay and Wechat. Tho google is useless it can still be use as a guide. Overall... Its a cheaper option than US and Europe.

The metro is spotlessly clean and really great.
Try the ethnic village; old town etc, we were super surprised how nice it is

Change cash as foreign card does not work, except the ATM.

- a couple of the parks
Be advised they do not see many foreigners here so if you have young kids they will stop and take pictures of you.

Transfer, the driver - well done, found us at the airport where we were lost. The administrator very kindly met us at night, communication through a translator on the phone, English is poor. Payment in cash, card payment did not work at that time. The room is large, heating through air conditioning, bed linen clean, kettle, hygiene products. Quiet place, to the airport 15 minutes by car, it is better to take a transfer from the hotel, otherwise you can get lost.

The Hotel Manager was super. She was so helpful, organising a taxi to pick us up from the airport and booking our train tickets to Shangri La. She made recommendations for eating in the evening, told us where to find everything we were looking for and generally made our trip to Kunming very enjoyable.

This is a beautiful resort filled with tropical plants and traditional courtyard buildings. The service is excellent, including airport pick up. Activities include mahjong, cards, kid's play area, swimming pool, garden. Host very attentive, very kind people. Tranquil place to rest and relax.
