The Staff! We arrived at the hotel around 1.30 am, 4 April 2026. The young lady (We forgot to ask her name) was very kind and really helpful. We asked her so many questions and favors, and she was so happy to help us. We are so impressed with her service-mind, and admire her professionalism. She was the reason of the rate of 10. Plus, the location is very convenient, convenient store is next to the hotel, subway, taxi, restaurant and attractions.

Good location, close to the ancient city center and other attractions. So far one of the best breakfasts we had in Yunnan - a lot of variety for eveyone! The gym is huge, probably the biggest I have seen in a hotel so far with equipment for everything. The room was big enough and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location next to an area with restaurants and street food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even they didn’t speak English. They used a translator and communication was ok. The room was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable and the accommodation included a nice breakfast

Lovely people, always ready to help, always kind and friendly. Perfectly located in the center of Kunming with efficient soundproof windows. big comfortable room. Nice view over the night market and the area.

Bus transfer to the airport included in the stay. We only required the room for a few hours rest for our 9 hour layover in Kunming and this transfer was a nice, stress-free touch. Loved the pre-packed breakfast to go too. Really appreciated this.

Great luxurious room for little money

very modern and clean hotel centrally located , just downstairs you have many eateries and short walk to you can get to the famous Kunming old street and many big shopping malls. There is free laundry facilities and the staffs are extremely helpful and caring..

Modern, new, clean hotel. Few minutes walk from a subway station, 15 minutes to the biggest fruit market, 25 minutes to the fun area of the city.

Location, staff are friendly and helpful and also the room was so nice.

breakfast was awesome, great coffee, I liked the traditional Chinese breakfast, loved the delivery Robot, and the staff were so wonderful and friendly, giving us a gift of Rose cakes, we loved the bottles of tea, black and green in the fridge. the position was excellent as the night street food market was within walking distance, we are coming back in May and hope to stay only in Atour Hotels

Even though the building itself does not look that great, I found the room inside very comfortable and beautiful.. it was very spacious and bright, located at 21th flor so it had a view on all the city, for a night sharming scenario. Also the bed huge and comfortable. The lady who spoke a bit english was there to answer to my questions and she gave me a room with washing machine to wash my clothes because I asked her. She was kind. The hotel is close to Kunming train station (only 10-15 yen to get there) so I find it easy for me to move around. There is a 7up just down the building and many shops around. Also it was not expensive to sleep there. There is a huge schermo to watch TV.
