The rooms are new, big and very comfortable. Expecialy there is a sofa and a table that makes also to work possible. There is a nice swimming pool and an independent restaurant that is good. The staff is kind but a part for a man that could speak well english the other did not and this made things sometime difficult. However we had twice a problem with the air condition and using the translator they could understand and fix it. To work at the westlake university is the best option. To visit the city it is possible to take a taxi, that are efficient and cheap in China.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Beautiful design of the hotel and rooms, breakfast quality and variety, very cool indoor pool. I would definitely come back next time in Hangzhou.

I had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. During my stay I unfortunately injured my wrist, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Despite the communication barrier, they really tried their best to assist me. They helped me order a wrist splint online and it arrived at the hotel within an hour. Because my wrist was too painful to move, they even helped me put the splint on. I truly appreciated their patience and willingness to help. It made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the wonderful staff.
