Very friendly staff and got an upgrade to a bigger room when arrived at the premises. Free airport shuttle 24/7 returns the hotel provided. Downside need to communicate with them in Chinese only via WhatsApp’s and booking.com app or email. They responded fast if you communicate in Chinese. Very clear instructions how to get pick at the airport In details. Highly recommended except you can put up area which have nothing around to shop or eateries.

Amazing room, kind staff especially on the rooftop restaurant. The view from the rooftop is phenomenal. The rooms were great sizes with all amenities you might needs like slippers, toothpaste and sewing kit. The toiletries were from Byredo which was a nice touch.
