Dear Sir/Madam, I have stayed there several times before and can confidently say that it was a real pleasure. The main reason would be the personal attention to your staff. I like to take a moment to add a special thank you to Igor for his personal attention and support during our stay. Originally, I had a room with poor lighting, which also smelled like someone had smoked in it. Igor made sure to quickly find me another room which was appreciated. Additionally, he helped me and my other colleagues with hotel services, directions and other local information about our stay and nearby attractions. He was very attentive, spoke perfect English and was easy to communicate with. It certainly made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, walking distance to a shopping mall. Hotel room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was rich and it included both standard (cereal, peanut butter, pastries), as well as traditional Chinese dishes.
