The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable. The decoration style is unique and the details show good taste. The service is top-notch. The staff always smile and provide me with help warmly and considerately. The hotel has a very high cost performance and is worth more than its price. Next time I have the chance, I will definitely choose here again!

O hotel excedeu bastante as nossas expectativas.

It was my first time visiting Chongqing, and I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Especially, the service at the hotel’s front desk was very considerate. The room’s facilities and equipment were complete, including a large refrigerator, a hairdryer that was also a Dyson model, and a washing and drying machine integrated into one unit. The biggest surprise was the truly comfortable bed; it was also well insulated from noise in the business district, making it very quiet. The pillows were also very comfortable. I woke up feeling refreshed without any fatigue. The bathroom was clean and free of odors, and the hot water was stable. The hotel is located near Line 9 subway station, making it convenient to get to anywhere. There are plenty of dining options nearby. It’s my go-to spot in Chongqing, and there are various shopping malls as well. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Our stay at the Cavalier Hotel Chongqing was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at reception or with housekeeping, felt sincere and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location is excellent, with a subway station just a few minutes’ walk away, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. Our room was modern featuring very comfortable beds, a spacious rain shower and premium toiletries. What truly sets this hotel apart is its atmosphere, stylish yet warm, never impersonal. You can feel the staff’s pride in creating a welcoming environment. Combined with its excellent value for money, this Hotel is an ideal choice for leisure travelers, like us, or for business travel. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Chongqing!
