The design of the place and room is beautiful, so elegant and nicely done. Cleanliness is top notch, there’s also a washing machine available other than the usual hotel amenities and equipment so that’s a plus. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Location wise is fantastic. There are shopping centres, malls, massage center, bars and lots of restaurants and eateries withing walking distance. All in all, this is a recommended place to stay when you’re at Xining

The room was extra spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom shower was soothing. The breakfast which we were offered for free was an excellent spread of tasty local food. The staff were extremely polite, respectful and so eager to help. The two shift managers spoke very good English and helped us no end. The driver who took us round the city was thoughtful and explained everything with the help of a translator app. On the whole one of the best places I have stayed at world wide.

The receptionist, a lovely woman named Malijuan, recieved me with a most kind welcome and warm hospitality. Staff speak adequate English, the rooms are warm, quiet and comfortable, and the neighborhood is pleasant with many shops to get food and banks nearby to change currencies. The hostel is also clean and comes equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities.

This has to have been the most enjoyable hotel stay in a 60 year lifetime of world travel and many hundreds of hotel bed nights. Apart from the excellent facilities and very comfortable room it was the extraordinary helpfulness and generosity of the reception staff that made this short stay in Xining so memorable. We are indebted to Ning Tian, Wen Zheng, Ninh Chul and all the rest of the hotel's reception team for their kindness and help to this language challenged septuagenarian couple in their all too short stay in Xining.

Overall, our stay was fine and the staff were helpful and friendly The hotel was clean and quite easy to find. The room was a reasonable size, the beds comfortable, and there were several convenience stores and numerous restaurants close by. The hotel is located in an area which is good for walking and seeing local life. We found the laundry facilities - washing and drying - a real plus. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast.

The female staff at the hotel was exceptionally accommodating. She efficiently arranged for my pre-ordered mails upon my arrival in XiNing, and provided thorough guidance on commuting to the train station and to nearby markets for shopping clothes and fresh produce. Moreover, she graciously upgraded my room without any additional cost.

Nice hotel close to the railway station. Clean rooms and good breakfast, where everybody can find something to eat. There are many places to eat next to the hotel. Staff is friendly and ready to help if you have a whish or a problem.

Loved the solid old grandeur of the hotel. Very comfortable. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Washing machine in suite. Staff really helpful and friendly. Swam in the pool every day. Location was great.
