Mariano's attitude was the BEST! He went the extra mile to help and keep us happy. Very attentive, friendly and helpful person. Thanks Mariano

Excellent location, Excellent customer service. Very pretty seating area.

First of all, Karen is my new buddy. Such a nice young lady with great character and service. She was awesome and I liked staying there. Clean and located by everything

Property is located in a great area close to shopping malls and restaurants. Clean, well maintained and affordable.

Very nice Hotel. I stayed one night and could not fault anything. Exceptional service and a beautiful Restaurant on the 22nd floor with amazing views.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was exactly what I wanted, beautifully soundproofed with a great view; lush green hillsides. The gym and pool were great to use too. Rated 3 stars but much better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide. They are improving the hotel even more, a very positive, welcoming attitude all round. Will definitely stay again, in fact I extended my stay this time.

Love everything, the service, the room, the rooftop restaurant and 1 minute walk to a beautiful 4 stories Mall. Bank next door and plenty of taxis to get around.

Everything was excellent! After a grueling 10-hour bus ride, it was amazing to just walk upstairs and check right into this comfortable hotel.

The staff was really friendly

The breakfast was incredible, the staff was out of this world.

Nice, safe, clean and good staff team

Very friendly and great food too

Esta cerca a lugares bonitos, la cercanía.

Excelente el trato del personal

Felt like we were in someone's home. They were very warm and hospitable:) Breakfast was authentic Colombian and great! Rooms were clean..

one of the nicest, most professional stays we have found..right in our backyard....rates right up there with the best from Boston Athens Madrid London

Slept fine and it's a short walk over sidewalks to the bus station. And the price is really good, so fine if you have really low expectations

It looks pretty beautiful and quiet. I liked the service, the architecture, the breakfast, the beds, the nature! Everything. Thank you so much

I like its location because it facilitates you to pick up transport nearby and also its American style facilities.

The location and cleanliness. There was no issue with checking into the room early. Paid with a credit card without issue or paying a sur charge, unlike Hotel Anauco a few blocks away. I tried to stay here an extra night, but they were booked. Staff was fine... Breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was recently remodeled. Overall, I was very satisfied with the place, considering the rates they charged. It is a few dollars than another budget hotel I stayed at, but this place is worth the few extra dollars.
