The location, staff, food and facilities are excellent - a real gem in San Gerardo de Dota. We also booked a Quetzal tour with them, and they paired us with a great guide.

Our stay was exceptional. The cottage was beautiful with new equipment, set in an excellent mountain location. What stood out were the wonderful owners who made us feel incredibly welcome. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of hummingbirds. Too bad we were only here for one day; I could easily imagine staying a few more days. I warmly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, some of the best food we ate in Costa Rica. Lodges are in a very quiet location. Loved the views, the hummingbirds and the rainbows over the valley. Staff were very helpful, arranged birdwatching and quetzal tours.

Beautiful house in the middle of the Dota valley. You can't beat having a 180 degree view. The apartment is very modern and clean. Parking is right outside. It's very quiet and we even saw glow worms at night. The area is good for bird watching.

The area of Copey is very beautiful with all its mountains , river, and forests. It is usually cold, especially at nighttime. Ii is a great place to go to get away from it all and just relax in nature!

It is really nice, we went to Savegre for dinner since we had a reservation made on one restaurant there, but I am sure that if you plan the trip to fully stay on Copey you would find a lot to see, walk and do there. If you decide to go and visit Savegre take into consideration that it is a 40min drive

The hotel is quite rustic but cozy !

The hotel is quite rustic but cozy ! The room met our basic needs. The staff was friendly and informed us about their great walking trail of 3km---don't miss this experience! The food was DELICIOUS! Covid procedures are in place and followed. You are surrounded by beautiful and quiet nature! A great place to get away from it all !
