The cleanliness was outstanding, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure a comfortable stay. The facilities offerred everything needed for a relaxing experience. The price was very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the quality provided. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again!

The hotel breakfast is lovely a selective menu that covers all the bases + lots of coffee refills + different breakfast juice each day - it set you up for the day. The pool water is warm and the pool is sheltered The room is basic but spacious The staff are all friendly

1. The location is very accessible by walking or taxi during the day because of the short distance from Paseo Colón's bus stop, during the night I recommend using taxi to get there. 2. Very functional place if you have late activities within the city and prefer to stay for the night. 3. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help, also, there's always someone present during the early morning hours to receive you. 4. Services like AC and Internet worked perfectly.

Spotless. Comfortable bed. Very good food and wonderful view.

Excelente stay, perfect location

Very hospitable stuff, good breakfast served by a very nice lady. It was perfect just for a one night booking

We loved the style of the house, a good example of the arquitecture of San José back in the day. Room was large and very comfortable. Staff members were very friendly.

it is reallz close to everything. to Sabana Park and Rohrmoser and the city centre.

Lovely reception staff. Rooms were super clean! bed comfortable! Amazing value for the price and perfect for a night before a long flight!

The staff without doubt were the kindest most supportive people you could meet. In reception, the restaurant and the room cleaning people were welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay a good one.

It was very quiet and peaceful.

One of the best locations in the city.

Simple but good quality price. Staff very nice and good breakfast. Would go back

Breakfast was excellent and so were services.

The two reception staff of Melissa and Mauricio were exceptional, and while I could speak Spanish, Melissa was very happy to speak in English and she was a delight in every way being very chatty! When I return to San José I shall stay at Hotel Milan again.

The staff is amazing! We had a granddaughter at Children’s hospital and they always asked about her and us. We extended our stay day by day for several more nights and they were so accommodating. Having a secure place to park our car was a huge bonus.

We felt very safe at the hotel and the staff was very friendly

We stayed in La Castella for 1 night only, between landing in SJO late at night and leaving in the morning by bus to Sierpe. It was important for us to find a cheap accommodation within a walking distance to Tracopa Bus Terminal and La Castella was a jackpot! The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with enough storage space and a private bathroom. Recommended!

Close to the Sabana park , very safe area . Great value for the money.

Easily the best hôtel in San Jose. Very good location, nice staff, beautiful interior with a lot of plants, wonderful pool, amazing jacuzzi. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible, i did not want to leave.
