Professional customer service. Complimentary coffee. Breakfast in the morning, typical. No problem when requesting anything. View of the pool from any room location. All other visitors were respectful of the noise after the sun went down. Close walking distance to the main strip. Jaco has always been my least favorite place to visit. This location will have us coming back.

I wanted to go to Jaco for a very long time. Jaco was absolutely perfect for my family with young teens. Very safe. Great vibe. Cute Main Street and our walk from hotel was 4 blocks from ocean and had many Panaderías, groceries, etc, very convenient to our place. Spent a lot of time in a seaside restaurant, Koko Gastro Bar on Beach. Our kids took surf lessons at Jaco Surf School run by Javier Luna, and we could watch from there or on beach chairs they provided. Wonderful local experience for much much cheaper than staying at all-inclusive resorts that are many hours away.

Jaco is a town with all the you need, supermarkets, restaurants and many more. But the beach is not that nice. Never the less is very well located close to San Jose and to Playa Hermosa that is much nicer beach.

Awesome Playa Hermosa beachfront location that’s far enough away from the bars/restaurants (not that there are many) to not hear any noise at night other than the wonderful crashing of the ocean waves upon the beach. Decent sized room with high ceilings. Nice pool area and pool with plenty of resident iguanas. Good value considering the awesome location. Would stay again.

The water is muddy, covered in wood and other stuff, and I don't think that should be called a beach since it was covered in hard to step on rocks with a tad of sand here and there. Jaco might have been nice long ago but not now. It is the worst beach I have been to in Costa Rica by far.

Jaco wasn’t how I remembered it when we visited about eight years ago. It was just my husband and I this time and we went into town to find a place to eat. It seemed very trashy and kind of like a Las Vegas setting. The people at the restaurants were very friendly though. We ended up having a great meal and found some really good IPAs at The public house. We had the big ass fish tacos. They were excellent! They were very big, but not super filling because they had a lot of medicine him, but the fish was very fresh and I would eat there again.

Town was convenient for most of our trips but was a bit dirty with prostitution and some folks offering drugs...not a good family environment. Our hotel was great on and the beach, but you did have to take a back alley way to get to it.

Eric the manager was friendly and very helpful. Close to beach and restaurants. Very good value for being so close to the beach. The breakfast delivered to our front door every morning was excellent. The cleaning of the rooms was done to a very high standard. The pool was very clean and centrally located to all rooms. The apartment was well equipped for heating meals in the microwave and the fridge was full size. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will use it again when back in Jaco.

This hotel was simply not clean! the space between the rooms, the bathroom, it was all dirty and smelled bad! We couldn't wait for the morning to leave. The only good thing was the gardens, lizards, and the beach. All the facilities need a serious update! On the hotel's private beach they ask you for $15 per chair per day. Paying $200 per night per (tiny!) room is not enough?

Great to have 2 pools plus one for the kiddies, our beachfront room with terrace, the spacious room, the cleanlinest, the friendliness of most of the staff, the dedication of the reception staff towards customers (they organized our private shuttle, printed papers for the airport, etc.), the greenery on the hotel site, the restaurant Rancho Bar under a palapa and beachfront (ideal to watch sunsets while having a drink), amazing location in Jaco and fantastic value for money!

I cannot rate Hotel Ibiza more highly the decor in our room was lovely and extremely clean. All the staff are so friendly. I am glad we picked this hotel as we had read about Jaco being a party town, now I am in my twilight years and I don’t mind a party but when I go to bed I like quiet. Hotel Ibiza is perfect location for a quite night, but just a few hundred metres away if it’s liveliness you want.

Near from the beach, quiet place, good air conditioning, and clean. The best thing about this place was the excellent customer service from Orlando. The restaurant offer a good menu with economic prices . Alex from the restaurant was really nice. Next time I visit Jaco I will stay in this hotel.
