The hotel is gorgeous with art placed throughout, lots of holiday decorations, and a rooftop pool/bar with spectacular views. It is conveniently located near the Juan Santamaria Int. Airport. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We had dinner in the lobby restaurant, and a very nice breakfast is served there in the morning. All of the staff we met were friendly and conscientious (special nod to Genesis at check-in and Kristy in the restaurant) There is a free shuttle to the airport every hour.

Clean, spacious rooms with lovely balcony and views. A great start to a Costa Rica trip or the end of it. Hospitable households. Picked us up from the airport and arranged a transfer the next morning to Poas volcano with a final stop at La Fortuna. We booked one more night at this hotel before flying home.
