Excellent location and wonderful staff.

This is my third visit to Santiago and 3rd stay at this hotel! The location is excellent for the purpose of my visit, as its located in a beautiful area of the city and in a walking distance to almost everything. The Plateau (where the hotel is located) is a very classic area of the city with beautiful buildings and streets. Very easy and safe to walk, and many food options at walking distance. The hotel service is excellent, from the General Manager to the Housekeeping ladies. All do their best for your comfort, and make sure you have what you need. They also provide airport shuttle (paid) at request, and the driver will be waiting at the airport with your name. If I return to Praia, no doubt will be there again.

Excellent staff interaction. Comfortable beds, great balcony. We were able to get coffee to take to our room even though we did not pay for breakfast, at no charge. Great reading lamps at each end of the double bed. Nice cold minibar for my beer. Black- out sliding patio doors.

Delicious breakfast, cool rooms and quiet. Great communication from the hotel, who ordered taxis at the last minute, due to travel plan changes.

Overall, very stylish and charming. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious. Best accommodation on my trip.

Everything, great location 12 mim walk to the city center and right on the beach with many other resorts and restaurants. Safe area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big and clean room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. A bar and restaurant with good food i side the hotel all day and evening.

The location is perfect! The best view, on top of the sea! O love how they managed to mix the tradition of the building with modern confort!
