Breakfast was good. Great location if you are able bodied and can walk. Great view of the town. I would stay again. I walked alone through this neighbourhood as a white guy with no issues day and night.

Very warm welcome at the reception desk, professional check-in process. Beautiful, large, clean, well-equipped room with a very comfortable double bed. Beautiful, large balcony with (partially) fantastic sea views. (Which would be even more fantastic without this unnecessarily new, huge hotel complex! ;-)) Great location, right next to the wonderful "Praia Da Laginha" beach. Several very good restaurants are within easy walking distance. Mindelo city centre can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or very quickly by local buses. Good breakfast, including many local delicacies, in the nice breakfast room with an outdoor area.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hotel Lazareto, and it truly felt like a home away from home for me. The breakfasts were nice, with such generous portions that I often packed a little something to enjoy during my day trips around the area. My room was clean, with reliable hot water every time, making everything feel comfortable and welcoming. Peaceful Location Nestled in a quiet village spot, it’s about a 30-40 minute walk along the shore to Mindelo, which I loved as a relaxing way to start the day away from city hustle. Huge and very clean room, excellent staff at reception-very kind and very helpful with luggage, transfer, nice breakfast

We recently stayed at SC Boutique Hotel for 6 days and would not hesitate to recommend it. Our room was clean, chic, and spacious, as was the whole hotel. It’s centrally coated, but not too loud at night. Close to the marina, restaurants, and markets (clothes, fresh produce, fish). Nice roof deck for reading or sunning. We even used the hot tub. The service was very friendly and professional, from front desk (thank you, Vanderleigh and Elody and more!) to the kitchen staff, doormen, and housekeeping. We appreciated the friendly vibe and the tour that was organized for us.

Centrally located, walking distance to ferries. Very good breakfast with freshly baked bread and good coffee.

The receptionist has been very kind and flexible. Helped with checking in on late hours and other things. Thumbs up for her. The room was big and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The hotel position is just perfect.

Restaurant - Food was amazing 👏🏽

I stayed 7 days and had the whole apartment on the second floor. It's large balcony in front of apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very good; short walking distance to both beach and the city center. Nice Breakfast. 🙂 Not so many facilities, but remember the price.☝️ If you want luxury, you must pay for it too.
