The property was beautiful and peaceful. Very modern and well maintained room with a very comfy bed and lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect. The fire on an evening was a lovely touch and just what was needed after being in the cold mountains! The staff were so attentive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed – from a comfortable bed and fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Our family enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the New Helvetia. We did not realize until we arrived how unique the hotel is. The rich history is showcased in it's social areas that include a full bar, dining area, sitting area and gorgeous terrace overlooking the foothills of the Troodos. The space is full of vintage charm, but also included all the modern ammenities we needed (updated, clean and well eqipped bathroom), air-conditioning, and strong WIFI service. The staff was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and attentive. They truly seemed to love and take pride in this very special place. Go and enjoy!

Fabulous historic hotel in a beautiful location! I had seen reviews suggesting it needs updating but I feel like that would take something away from this Troodos Icon - one of its great attributes is its long history. Forest Park has a nostalgic vibe that obviously keeps generations of families coming back together every year. The staff was amazing! My adult son is special needs and the entire Forest Park team was unfailingly kind and helpful - The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and the outdoor dining area was a wonderful way to end our days. We look forward to coming back soon!

Everything - by the way, this is the 1st time when the photos do not correspond to the reality - it was better. The place has a special atmosphere you can feel only life. You have all you need for your stay, including small kitchen with salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, appliances etc. Plus a hairdryer, AC but also a second heater. You also have a small courtyard in front where you coffee Lots of cats around:) The village is charming

The location is the best in the Troodos region. The hotel itself is very well maintained - it feels like it was just built. The facilities were amazing - especially the spa area. Since we came in winter time we didn’t experience the pool but it also looked nice and inviting. The service was above great - the staff was kind, helped us plan the trip and asked as constantly if they can do anything to make our stay the best possible. Spacial thanks to Jenifer which was so kind and helped us a lot!
