First thing we liked in the hotel how they welcomed us ! Diana was very nice, gave us full information and she speaks 4 languages! The restaurants and bars staff were Very good as well, specially Lukas, Panayotis, Josef and Anna. Entertainments and food & location are perfect!

When I return back to Napa, I already know that this is the place I’ll be staying over and over again. Clean, very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, delicious with various options. Pool was a little cold but it still felt pleasant during the daytime. Highly recommended.
