Very good breakfast, nice pool, clean and big rooms. I had the lunch menu once, it was cheap and tasty. I was there in summer and it was almost empty, as was the whole town. Seems odd as there is some nice hiking in the area, and many many restaurants (most empty as well). Restaurant prices (in general) are a bit high but not outrageously so.

The staff was really friendly. It was great to start my day in the swimming pool which opens at 7 am. The Mumlava Waterfall was just a short hike from the hotel.

Awesome location in the mountains with a 3 km hike to the top of the ski jump out your door!

Excellent location to explore the area from, super friendly and helpful stuff and the food in the restaurant was an amazing surprise - we had two great dinners and wish we could have had more!

Self check-in, breakfast was nice

It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great with vast options and choices. Dinner also was great buffet. Totally it was comfirtable and good for me, my family and my parents. Even had a chance for a quick using of wellness facility/swimming pool which was good as well.

I arrived in the city at 10, and despite the check-in being from 14:00, they let me use my room without any additional fees. This allowed me to start my ski day without worrying about where to leave my stuff until 14:00 and simply enjoy the beautiful weather and great slopes. The main lift is very close to the hotel, making it easy to take a short break in the room and return to the slopes without walking far. Breakfast was included and had everything I enjoy eating in the morning. In conclusion, this is the best value for money in Harrachov if your goal is skiing or staying close to the lift. The location is very good , good place for family , you can relax between the mounatins and the sound of river , the staff is nice , hotel is clean , the hotel is very big , good food , the are place for free parking is big plus . In general was a good time we are satisfied .

Very nice hotel, really good breakfast we had quite a big and nice room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was good and made various hikes quite accessible. Lots of places to eat nearby. We truly enjoyed our family stay.

Breakfast were great! We also like the child play room with lot of stuff there. And lasf but not least the surrounding garden with fireplace is very nice.
