The communication was super fluent and easy. All house is so clean, beautiful and well equipped. Wonderful garden! You will find everything you need - fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and dishwasher, comfortable beds, good showers with shower gel, shampoo etc, washing machine and even dryer. Huge living room with big sofas. Many free parking places front of the house and even private garage. As we spent our Christmas there, our host even decorated all the house for us with lovely candles, Christmas wreaths and beautiful tablecloths. We spent lovely time and highly recommend this place.

We were so happy about everything that we don´t see any reason to stay anywhere else when in the region - or even just in transit. Richard - replacing Josef during our stay - was so available and caring, and we are sure it is the same about Josef, so everything stated under "negative" that can be fixed will probably be settled in very few time, so our comments are surely already obsolete... The pool is small, but great ;-) and the restaurant is excellent in what it offers- plates are too small, though, I threw half of my fries on the floor when cutting my meat, due to missing space... My guys enjoyed the local beer a lot.
