Breakfast included was very nice and plenty of choice, the staff in the Bistro were very friendly.

Very cheap, very adequate for what we needed. Shower and toilet were fairly clean, beds were very comfy and location wasn't far from the main train station.

Staff, service and cleanliness

I was not able to have breakfast in the hotel due to my early duties, so Lenka was so kind and brought me the prepared box earlier that morning, before my hotel checkout. I contacted Lenka about the hotel's cleaning and ironing services, but it turned out that, due to my short stay, I would not be able to use them. Upon my arrival at the hotel, an iron and an ironing board were provided in my room. Thank you, Lenka. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well.

Hotel is in the centre of Hradec Kralove, very convenient. Beds were very comfy, and breakfast super great!

The location of the hotel was amazing, because the hotel is in the down town close to everithing. The hotel has some own parking place, there are on the street, but staff is watching it by cameras. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was beautiful, mainly the building and the covered inner courtyard. It was very nice and friendly. The room was very good, mainly the bathroom, that was very big. The hotel has own wellness, what is can use (include in the price). The breakfast was good and it was enough for us (warm and cold food, fruit etc.). I recommend everybody to spend some night in this hotel, when they are in the city.

Amazing location of accomodation to stay for Ironman race, right next to transition area, with own underground garage parking available. Would highlight the client centric service and support of the manager Mr.Andel. Thank you, will certainly come again!
