Location was great, so calm and clean . Staff ,two men at the reception and the lady at the restaurant were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was great in both service and the quality. If we visit again the city it’s the place that we’ll stay for sure. Danke schön

Great traditional Hotel. Breakfast very good, and also the great and very good traditional dishes served for Evening meals. We were impressed by the significant number of what appeared to be local people eating every evening. Very friendly staff.

Great value for money! Spacious rooms which are exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, with a tram right outside that goes into the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff cannot do enough for you. We will definitely return

Beautifully situated on a mountaintop with a view to the Black Forest and Rhine valley, this luxurious hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and the spa is fantastic. Staff are exceptionally friendly and dinner and breakfast menus are creative and delicious.

Room, breakfast, location everything was great. Hotel is very old but decoration is lovely. It was very clean, room is perfect. Breakfast was the best, I can go there again just for breakfast. Hotel is in the center, but if you will go by car, you have to ask park details. we went by train, and walked just ten minutes.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable facilities. Spa area also available and nice. Great Parking space too, secure and at a very good daily rate for residents. We will definitely return

Our room was very quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

Breakfast was "good". Very little hot food. But nice fresh bread and pastries. Lots of fruits, meats and cheeses. We would have loved to help ourselves to coffee but the staff got it for us when they had a chance! Overall, good!

Very modern Hotel, Nice rooms with everything you needed! Friendly staff. Parking in underground was safe and clean, had electric car points.

Very nice hotel just a few minutes walk to the center. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. If we come back to freiburg we will definitely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, there was a wonderful variety of options, coffee was very good, there was lactose free and whole milk. Food was very good, service was very good.

Very tidy hotel, friendly staff and it was very quiet. Tram & bus into town just outside. Good breakfast options too, really liked it here.

It’s a great place that I’ve walked by many times but never stayed .. this stay was for a long weekend with my partner and I knew the location for the Christmas market was excellent

Missed breakfast due to early departure, so had coffee. Perhaps a packed breakfast might have been available.
