The staff was really good and I was alone and finding it difficult to reach the hotel in the night as there were no bus service to the nearest bust stop of the hotel. The staff was kind enough to pick me up from where I was stuck. Really nice furnishing, neat and well maintained rooms.

The reception staff were lovely, the breakfast staff were also lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property itself was well laid out and furnished. Although the decor may be a little dated it added to the character. I will choose to stay there again when I’m next in Lüneburg. Also, I had informed the hotel I was arriving very late by car. When I parked up outside the night porter was watching for me out of the window. He came out, introduced himself and opened the gates to let me park up. It made me feel good about my stay before it had even started.
