The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless and very comfortable. All the facilities were great. It was easy to find and the free parking was most welcome. Great wifi, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Soft fluffy towels. The owner was absolutely charming, very helpful and made our stay even better with her advice on where to go and where to eat. We had a wonderful and would love to return. Thank you again.

We loved the breakfast room - it was so bright and fresh in the morning sunshine. There was a wide choice of food for breakfast.

The hotel was very well located, the staff were lovely, the rooms were spectacular and very comfortable with air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious. We had two bottles of water in the room as a gift from the hotel. They are petfriendly. We were near bars, restaurants and shopping center.

The room is large and spacious and has everything we needed. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is quiet.

Very cozy hotel and friendly staff!

No doubt the hotel is old, but it was super clean. The staff was awesome and friendly. We arrived with a dog and there were a water plate for the dog which is super kind and I never experienced it at any other hotels.

There was a very good breakfast, with wholegrain bread you can cut, but also rolls of fifferent type. Good yoghurt with Muesli etc.

Very simple key collection. Lovely spacious room with tea and coffee and snack - most welcome. Very clean. Liked the slightly quirky nature of the place as a converted club.

Such a beautiful location, really friendly and helpful staff, and the spa/swimming area was amazing. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful location. Excellent views. Lovely staff. Just perfect really.

The hotel is located in a picturesque area perfect for walking and hiking but just a short drive from supermarkets etc. The rooms are comfortable and we were greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant is exceptional, we often stay here when visiting the area and always make sure we have a dinner at the hotel, it is best to book as the restaurant is very popular.

Excellent restaurant in the same building

Nice hotel, very good breakfast (huge selection), very nice and helpful staff. Parking was in front of the hotel. The river (Rhine) is just a few steps from the hotel, easy to take nice walks. Ideal for a longer stay, to use as a base for hikes or walks or excursions. Even Basel is not far.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL

Breakfast was good. Decor was good. Nice paintings of Rheinfelden and nicely colour coordinated. Staff very freindly and helpful.

Great hotel, staying there for the 2nd time. Very peaceful and beautiful location, nice surroundings. I loved the breakfast, sauna and swimming pool. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Very friendly and helpful check in and check out experience. Room was great - clean and well provided for, and better than in the photos. Cyclist friendly.

Brand new hotel with beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Convenient location with free parking. Very good breakfast. Upon my arrival, I was upgraded to a bigger room. I will be back soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms.

Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Extremely clean and well maintained. The restaurant was always very busy but the menu is extensive and massive servings. Location of the hotel is convenient in the centre of Schopfheim and right next to the main train line. Very quick and easy to get to Basel.
