Large variety and very good breakfast on Saturday morning, less variation on Sunday morning. One of the highlights of this hotel is its dining service, which is very popular among the local community. We had a chance to see the Friday evening buffet, and it looked absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel also has an elegant dining hall that is available for weddings, celebrations, and other events. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Lovely little hotel with very friendly staff! Very nice breakfast in the morning. Garden was a very relaxing place to chill in the evening.

This hotel is the best place where you can go for accomodation or for a relax or just to feel the atmosphere there. Everything is perfect. The food is so tasty, the staff is very polite, the swimming pool is great! We stay just for overnight before flight but it's more than worth to go there for relax. We booked half board and the dinner was 3course, very very tasty, the restaurant is very coisy and the personal was perfect too. The breakfast is very rich, high quality and good choice. There are 2 saunas and a roof-top swimming pool. The water in the pool is not too warm, but as outside was freezing - it was good. Just go and try this hotel - it's really more than worthy ❤️

The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday. I feel we met genuine people who offered only help and friendship without wanting anything in return. Truly a great place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone who wanted a stress free and relaxing stay.

The friendliness of the staff.

Accomodation very clean, easily accesible from the highway, though very calm. Parking for guests right in front of the building. Room spotlessly clean, sufficiently furnished and quiet. The staff at the reception nice, smiling and indeed helpful.

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!

Spacious, clean and cimfortable room. Very queit, affordable, near shops and highway. Self check inn was uncomplicated.

I have been staying at the Schlossburg since 2002, which included some extended stays while we were relocating to Germany and moving back. Great, friendly staff, views from the balcony that are "to die for" and great food/drink. Thank you for a great experience once again.
