Im cycling to Norway and the day was really hot , so at short notice I booked this place. Was greeted by the owner with a glass of iced water... which was much needed. Had a lovely chat with him about how he'd developed the place. Great restaurant with lovely beer 100 yards away

The location of the hotel is fantastic. There is a parkiing lot for free nearby, in non-touristic season you can easilly find a spot. The staff was soooo friendly, the room itself was very beautifull and very, very clean. Although the house is a bit old, it is very well preserved, and it have a very enjoyable atmosphere. I did not see an elevator, it was a bit difficult for me to carry my suitcase upstairs, but for strong people it should be no problem i guess. The breakfast was modest, but tasty. We enjoyed our stay.
