The staff was really friendly and everything went perfectly during our stay. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and all the main attractions in Goslar. We also really enjoyed the nice view over the pond from the room, and the nature around the property was beautiful and relaxing.

The room was fantastic. The small kitchen set up was brilliant and not expected. The walk in wet room shower was impressive. Quiet location which was out of the way but felt secure. The electronic door opening was futuristic. Well done. There were no staff on site but everything from booking in online to gaining access was easy and worry free
