The breakfast was gorgeous good choice, big variety of meals and cereals and I really did like the approach of the stuff. Specially, the boss or maybe the owner who took care of me when I needed to find a table where to do my work after my checkout. Good value for money I would happily come back here anytime

Lovely hotel in a good location and perfect spot for those who travel like me by train and bus - the bus stop is only a short walk and then across the street from the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the staff is lovely and very helpful. Cleanliness is excellent too in this hotel, therefore I can highly recommend this hotel to all future guests and will visit here myself again, too.

Really nice hotel just in the midle of Wernigerode. Fantastic bar with excellent bartender and good drinks and beer.

Very good location, practically in the center of the town. 7 min walk to the town hall. Rich breakfast, champagne for breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

A perfect place to stay if you travel by car. Everything is new and in perfect condition. Personal is friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast is also included. We had a perfect stay with our friends in this beautiful place.

At the foot of the castle hill staying in a fairytale like ‘fachwerk’ hotel. Amazing that they reconstructed the entire building thirty years ago: comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and excellent view. The city of Quedlinburg is also in summertime very much worth visiting! Walking up the hill and enjoying the view or visit the local brewery. Everything at walking distance.

Fantastic location right in the heart of town, super easy access to everything! Room was superb and very clean and modern. Breakfast had everything you could desire. Loved this hotel to bits!

The simple but timeless design of the room and the hotel.

Wonderful place! The hotel is located in the previous ancient monastery, has great views and a big territory. There are a restaurant, liquor production, a field with plants, a small zoo with roe deer, bees and chickens. The staff was very helpful and friendly, we arrived after the check-in time, but our key was waiting for us in a code-box. The room was comfortable, clean and big enough for two. Breakfast was rich and mega tasty. We will definitely come back!

Hotel was clean efficient and friendly. I cannot praise the staff, Marian, Carmen and Mohammed too highly. We had a problem with a lost passport and their help was unsticking. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Gold stars all round.

The restaurant and lovely staff on the 9th floor is the only place that made us feel like it is a premium experience. The bed was comfortable

Family room was big, cozy and comfortable. Loved the added touch of a Christmas tree in our room. Highly recommended for a family (we travelled with teenagers and it was perfect). Breakfast was good, including the usual cold meat and cheese spread and crispy bacon. Only a 10 minute walk to the city centre and an amazing view of the local castle. Book it!

The staff were very helpful, we forgot to take our phone chargers, and the hotel staff were able to lend us one. The breakfast was great. The room was great, and even the restaurant food was great during dinner. All nice hiking places in Thale were just in a walking distance. There was a bunny rabbit giving out Easter chocolates during breakfast. Overall we all had a great time!! Thinking of going back already.

The hotel is in a good location beside the cable car station. The price I paid was incredible value for the quality of the facilities and food…the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The four course dinner was very good quality although the portion size could perhaps have been a little larger after a day of hiking. Cake was also provided in the afternoon which unfortunately I missed out as I was out. I also appreciated the travel pass which saved me a lot of money for my bus journey home as well as a visit to nearby Goslar. I was also very impressed by the staff at mealtimes as well as the man at reception who was very welcoming.
