Sijainti oli tosi rauhallinen alue Spandaussa. Aamiaisen voi kokkailla itse yhteiskeittiössä, mistä löytyy perusvälineet ruoanlaittoon. Hotellin lähellä leipomo ja kauppa. Bussipysäkki on hotellia vastapäätä. Kyseisellä linjalla pääsee suoraan Olympiastadionille eli jos olet menossa katsomaan futista, tämä hotelli on hyvä valinta. Huone on pieni, mutta erittäin toimiva budjettimatkailijalle. Auton saa hyvin parkkeerattua ilmaiselle paikalle.
