Awesome location, and such a beautiful town. We were kindly offered a canal view room which was spectacular. Breakfast was good and offered a varied selection. Eweline (hope the spelling is correct), who is one of the reception staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and welcoming. Any requests were met with her beautiful smile and willingness to help in any way.

Very nice family owned, I presume, hotel in Bergedorf. A big comfortable bed in a nice designed clean room. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants and feels safe. A good and affordable breakfast for only 10 euro. Definitely worth the money.

I arrive on my own, a single female, at midnight. I got out the taxi at the hotel and the reception was unmanned (I was expecting this). I was struggling to access my key, and I called the helpline number. Well, they could not have been ore helpful. The guy on the phone talked me through the whole process and literally stayed on the phone until i was in my room. I was so grateful and it was no bother to him - he was so incredibly helpful and completely put my mind at rest. Once in the room - it was immaculate and comfy. 100% recommend this place. And thank you to whoever helped me!!

Hotel staff where friendly, spoke good English (an important point for international travel) and have helped and guided me on using the German rail service. The hotel has ample parking and is situated in a quite area of Hamburg which added to the relaxing experience. The wifi was at a reasonable speed and had good reception all over.
