This was an amazing find for our stop over to Bavaria, beautiful, peaceful location, very warm friendly welcome by all staff. The food was excellent; we had the set menu on our first night, and on the way back we stayed again and had the special Valentine's menu and they catered for our son. We had the Geniesser studio which was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend; can't wait to come back. Thank you to all at Saarschleifenlodge.

Super friendly staff, best comfy bed I've had so far during my roadtrip in NW Europe and: this hotel (unexpectedly) truly felt like a "home away from home". Even though I was a "last-minute" due to an unexpected longer route, I was welcomed with the most kindness and it made me feel "home" immediately!
