Clean, friendly owners and staff, good breakfast and dinner. Very quiet place.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff. The price of the room is really a value for money.

The location was fantastic and parking outside was ideal.

Great hotel - great stay. Everything was perfect. Breakfast is amazing 👏

The cleanliness of the room was top notch. Usually in some hotels you find those hidden spots where there is some dust which has not been done well. Here everything was spic and span. The room size was great with ample space to move around, two chairs and small table inside and another 2 chairs in the balcony (which however is shared with the neighbouring room with no partition for privacy / security). Bathroom was good size to move around. Room was on first floor and although there were other guests, it was absolutely quiet from that point of view. Breakfast was more than enough , and cannot understand the comments about not being enough. Full continental with different cheeses and hams, variety of bread roll and multitude of jams and honey, boiled eggs, good choice of herbal teas. Staff readily available for any demands during breakfast.

Friendly staff, very nice German style breakfast, comfortable bed, clean place, cozy atmosphere

Above expectations, a great apartment in which we felt comfortable throughout our stay (5 nights). Intercontinental breakfast and very nice staff and other guests. Easy access to Obermain Therme, but also the hotel spa is very convenient for moments of relaxation. Our whole family was extremely satisfied and spent intense moments together here. Thank you!!!

The breakfast was excellent. Free flow of good coffee. Eggs as I liked it and very spacious dining room. The overall experience exceed by far my expectation. Ebern is a place for a getaway and Frankenstuben is a place to stay

Location superb; room great; nice staff

The typical country-style room was spacious with comfortable bed, seating area & modern bathroom. Quiet location with nice walking routes for dogs within 50yds, walking around village is pretty safe too. Non-buffet breakfast was standard but plentiful. Homemade jam was a nice touch. Dinner was very good. Friendly staff.

Very nice hotel and the ambient inside. Room was very clean of appropriate size for one person, even had a balcony. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Breakfast was modest but had everything necessary covering the basics, nice coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price was a bit higher but only due to the fact it was Easter and I was booking last minute. Otherwise 10/10 would totally recommend!
