The host is exceptionally nice! I was so lucky with the accommodation. It was neat and clean. All one can wish for a night.

It's a sports centre at the edge of a forest with friendly people. Whether you are playing tennis or squash yourself or are just looking for a nice accommodation with a little bit of sport summer camp feeling, this place is a good choice. I picked up a rental bike via app (kvv-nextbike) in Karlsruhe and cycled to the sports centre through the forest (~20-30 min) and kept the bike for a couple of days before returning it (~9 EUR/day).

The amenities and facilities of the hotel was what I liked the most. I was only expecting something basic but this hotel exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was air conditioned, which was very much welcome considering other hotels didn’t and that it’s summer now. Next door is a grocery store where you can top up but the hotel also offered free coffee/tea facilities at their dining area. They also provided complimentary water, which was a bonus as you get charged at other hotels. You can also avail of a buffet breakfast. The hotel has its own parking spaces which I must say was very spacious. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and spacious room, also good breakfast. Pleasant service from the staff.

Very friendly staff, much appreciated when arriving late and tired! Fabulous room and quirky decorated throughout! Cool seating in reception and great breakfast, loved the open plan feel! Liked it so much we came back on our marathon return drive from Munich to Wales. Diolch - Danke - Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very close to the city centre and nice architecture. The brewery downstairs is defo an added value and an experience to try.

The hotel was in a perfect location, situated at a 2 minute' bicycle ride from a huge public park in Karlsruhe and it is also close to the centre of Karlsruhe, where shops, bars, restaurants and excellent public transport links are found. The room which I was allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff in reception were pleasant, polite and extremely helpful.

Staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful made our stay there great

I loved everything about the hotel, the space was great for the price, the staff member who I had seen most of the days was chill and very friendly and HUMAN. It was situated in a very comfortable place that is close to most general stores and places you’d need to visit. The lady at the time working the reception was very helpful, relatable and it helped so much that she was English speaking, it made my stay even more comfortable.

Great location, wonderful staff, uncomplicated hotel with nice rooms.

The place was well-designed and the staff were helpful and friendly

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and had comfortable bedding. The location was also great. Just 3 stops away from the main train station. The bus stop and tram stop is just in front of the hotel connecting to the complete city. Loved the place and would stay at the same hotel when visiting Karlsuhe again. Also the rates were extremely reasonable.

Beautiful and modern environment in a quiet area, small details in the room were so cool. My dog was very welcomed, got a tasty present from admin.

Large family room ‘slash’ apartment , so was very well appointed. Staff were brilliant, no issues, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic, would recommend for that alone Breakfast was enough to get going Would recommend for for than a nights stay of as a ‘base’ for exploring ..

The hotel is good. Friendly staff, clean hotel and good location

Spacious bed, varied breakfast, quiet. Enough parkingspace and public transportation nearby.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Clean modern furnishings. Quiet location. Great sleep, comfortable beds. Oversized shower unit with good water pressure.

Nice and clean place. Lots of privacy.

Excellent Location, Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Newly build and furnished hotel with great facilities.

It was 5 minutes from where I was working but I struggled to open the door with the key from the key box. Luckily, 2 women who were also staying there managed to open it with their key. Also, nobody answers your emergency number and I tried several times. I also tried to update my arrival time, to no avail.

Breakfast and service was fantastic. Hotel was super clean. Everyone spoke English which was a great bonus.
