We stayed at Landhotel Rittersgrün while we did the Stoneman Miriquidi bike tour. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay and the location was great to be able to start our tour directly from the hotel.

We stayed at the beginning of January (2 adult + 2 kids) in "small" appartment in Haus 6,top floor. Was very comfortable with perfectly equipped (we like to cook,choose very often such accomodations and always pay attantion on it - in comparison it is rarely so good, also in quality, as was in Rabenberg). Spotless clean everywhere. Obviously new mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast. Sauna,swimming,badminton,table Tennis and some more activities are for free. And many other things for small money. We had luck with a lot af snow and fun (the facility has really huge choice of winter equipment with relativily low price,many land it there and drive half an hour to Oberwiesenthal for more hills,cause at Rabenberg equipment is just better. In summer my daugther had there a trip with school and also has only good impression. We will defenetely come back. Can only recommend.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious and had enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes. The staff was friendly and helpful. My 2 year old son enjoyed meeting the alpacas and feeding the bunnies, the indoor playroom was a highlight to warm-up after a wintery day, and my husband and I indulged in a hot stone massage and a relaxing herbal bath. What a wonderful experience!

Great price to value combination. A lot of ski/snowboard rentals in the city.. Rooms are small, but you have everything you need after day on the slopes to relax, dry out and to sleep. Decent food available either in the hotels restaurant or nearby. Its a city center, where "city" is one central street :)) Car parking available. Slopes for kids and for learning right nearby. If wished bigger slopes variation, then Klinovec is 10 minutes drive by car. DE/CZ speaking personnel :)

The best location, easy self-check in. A beautiful country style hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly.

Everything. Beautiful old building Spacious clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant with tasty local dishes. Nice beer garden with local beer on tap. Best Breakfast of our 2 week trip!!

For many years of travelling and staying in many places, this one was the best one. Friendly staff in reception, welcome drink, big room.
