Staff was amazingly friendly and worked with us even though we eneded up leaving with the key. Location is great with tons of great places to eat and farmers market on Friday in the plaza. Parking was easy in the garage on opposite side of plaza.

A splendid location on the corner of Domplatz. Also on tram route through town to the station. The reception was smart and staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to see and things to do in Erfurt and the surrounds. A water machine dispensing still and sparkling water was available all day in the light and airy breakfast room. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was supremely comfortable.
