My favorite hotel feature was the sauna area, which also had a cozy seating area. And the staircase to the lake for a quick refreshing dip was a great added bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast selection had a nice selection of options. Our room had a lovely view of the lake!

The location of the hotel is fantastic. There is a parkiing lot for free nearby, in non-touristic season you can easilly find a spot. The staff was soooo friendly, the room itself was very beautifull and very, very clean. Although the house is a bit old, it is very well preserved, and it have a very enjoyable atmosphere. I did not see an elevator, it was a bit difficult for me to carry my suitcase upstairs, but for strong people it should be no problem i guess. The breakfast was modest, but tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious, staff were very friendly, especially when we wanted to rent e-bikes (a good idea - the surrounding area is very hilly) Location very close to lake - nice for walking and cycling. Swimming in the Haussee next to the hotel wasn't as nice as the lakes with swimming spots further away. The scrambled eggs were good at breakfast.

We were 4 families with 5 kids spending two nights there at cold Feb. It is specious and equipped with many facilities for kinds and adults. The staff were really kind.
