Reception is on the 4th floor. It was designed as a hotel, but it is good.

Such a nice place. We wish we had stayed here the entire week. The owners/hosts were helpful and kind, and it was a quiet spot. The breakfast was top notch - fresh homemade bread & preserves, farm fresh eggs, etc - all was prepared with care. The Hotel is right by biking/hiking trails with access to many more. Close to drive to Baden-Baden or peddle into town on the trail.

It was a clean room with a nice size frig and stove and min kitchenware for use, but everything came handy. Shower and water pressure was like a 4* hotel. In a nutshell, it was beyond my expectation for the value.

Great location, next to the Caracalla SPA. I liked the facility, very nice and specious room and bathroom. The breakfast is wonderful! I also enjoyed a nice dinner at hotel's restaurant. The staff, both at the reception and the restaurant, is very kind and helpful. It was my second stay in this hotel and both were very pleasant!

Very comfortable, friendly staff, lots of amenities, good pool and good options of sauna.

The room was amazing, bed and pillows were extra comfortable. Our bathroom had a huge bathtub and separate shower, which was great! Located in the center, a block away from the famous Friedrich thermal-baths. Breakfast was also superb, every morning the bread was fresh out of the bakery next door. Highly recommended!!

The atmosphere of the castle is exciting. Location is great with view of the town and quiet natural surrounding. Service is very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The property host was VERY rude almost as if you don’t pay money to be there.

owners are very friendly and helpful, went beyond their obligations to help. I had a car accident during my stay and owners helped to call police and my rental agency, even asked their son to help to translate. Very good people!

Es war einfach unglaublich! Ich hatte ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber aufgrund eines Missverständnisses bekamen wir eine Suite mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Qualität des Zimmers und alles drumherum ist perfekt. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Nach einer langen, Wanderung durch den Wald fanden wir uns in einem erstklassigen Hotel mit maximalem Komfort und privater Atmosphäre wieder – ein wahrhaft luxuriöses Erlebnis! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

I like it clean ,quiet. Close to forest

The location was great. We got a little bit lost looking for the entrance but other than that check in was a breeze and the instructions were pretty clear. The room was extremely nice and clean. The tv was great, we loved that there was a fridge. It was a great stay and we'll definitely be back!
