The staff is very nice and the place is clean and comfortable.

Staff is very friendly, experienced with dogs which creates a relaxed atmosphere where even our reactive dogs were calm. Breakfast is amazing! Evening buffet on Wednesday (game in this case) was outstanding, the waiting staff there very nice and friendly.

Well, there were a very lovely women hosting us all three days. And as a staff she has Ukrainian women who called us and provide all the extra question we needed. The breakfasts were tasty. The house is beautiful and at the end we have received a bottle of natural wine as a gift.

The hotel is located in thd old town, close to several restaurants. Travelling with 2 kids, the quadruple room was very spacious. One of the best breakfast we had. Very good choice of home made jams and museli.

We stayed just one night on our way home - the hotel was perfect for our needs, the location was perfect - just minutes off our route, the room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy, the restaurant was amazing! Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfect traditional and modern German food.

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the village of Untergruppenbach and surrounding areas. Our family room with terrace was a wonderful room with an outdoor terrace and garden to enjoy after a busy day . Regina was a fantastic and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed our conversations together and her recommendations for places to eat and visit. We would love to visit and stay again. Thank you Rebecca, Matt and Stanley X
