Very large room with nice view over the city. Beds a bit too soft but still comfy. Nice breakfast buffet, but they bring you coffee. Windows open! NO elevator so it is a bit of an athletic event to go into your room on 3. OG. often. But ok. This hotel is very clean, very "old Germany" as I remember it from my first visit in 1990 (in th west)- clean, flowers in pots, very German. Wonderful location right in AltStadt, restaurants nearby.

Having traveled all day, the place, the location, the staff and the room all felt as if I arrived to my actual home. Happy and safe! Easy access from the highway, secure on-site free parking, absolutely pristine room and bathroom (very, very clean) and a comfy bed. Added bonus - you do not hear the highway, although it is only 3-4 min drive away. Room has shutters, which completely shut off outside light or any residual street noise. Breakfast is a must, really prepares you for the next day. Very happy to have found this place for much needed sleep when driving long hours and very kind of the owner to check me in just before the midnight.

Excellent stay at Bergrestaurant Schwedenstein. A very cozy hotel with a unique medieval-style atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well prepared upon arrival. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing a high level of service. Only positive impressions — I would gladly return again.

Secluded house, you really have privacy. Not far away from Dresden (30 min drive). Good wifi connection. Insect window protection installed. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Great terrace seating with barbecue.
