Located in Heimbuchenthal, 14 miles from Unterfrankenhalle, Landhotel Heimathenhof has accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We visited as a family with a small child and a baby. We were giver a large room with extra baby blanket (we didn't want a baby bed), which was very thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool area, the location is also superb - on a hill, surrounded by forest. The breakfast was superb, lots of vegan options too - same goes for the restaurant which even had it's own children's menu with at least 5 options I believe. All delicious. The staff was very good at seating arrangements, we got a table at a side of the restaurant where other families were sitting - we felt like our kids therefore did not disturb other quests traveling without kids, as they would sit at the opposite side of the restaurant. You can also overlook a playground from the terrace of the restaurant. Will definitely return

Hotel "Zum Wiesengrund" in the Elsavatal Valley offers its guests a pleasant stay in a quiet and well-tended surrounding. The breakfast was good. The staff directly came to ask if we wanted any coffee or tea, made us some eggs and bacon. These were all cooked / baked fresh and brought to the table.

This family-run guest house lies in Oberschnorrhof in the Bavarian Spessart Nature Park, 4.3 mi from the A 3 motorway. We got a brand new renovated room: beautiful! Very comfortable and nice. The staff is as always, very friendly and service focused. The food is very nice. We travel with our dog and this area is a very nice area to take long walks in the fields and woods.
