This hotel is even better than it seems. My requests were fulfilled and I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the room was. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

we had a great stay! The beds are very comfortable! We really appreciate the willingness of Elyse to help! I will leave happily!

Cheap, clean, comfy, good location, nice staff, big bathroom, big bed

Very cozy small hotel with nice balcony and the view from the rooms. I’d visit again this hotel since felt so nice. There is a parking in front of the hotel, more like street parking, the area was like small district with cute houses.

We arrived early and they made absolutely zero trouble about checking us in. That was a lovely gesture.

Cozy and super bright room right next to a U-Bahn station. Staff was very kind and went out of their way when I couldn't make the power outlets work in my room. It's just a couple of underground stops from the city center so I found it very convenient. Quiet residential area.

stylish and uts a superb location very clean and felt private

Wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly, and we loved that the bar is open 24 hours. The beds are incredibly comfortable for a perfect night’s sleep. Also great for runners or guests with dogs – there’s a lovely lake nearby for walks. Perfect location - S/U-Bahn around

Spotless clean room. Amazing stuff, super polite and helpful. Amazing breakfast, totally worth the extra money for including it.Location was really good, in proximity to bus stops and metro.2 minutes walking from Alster lake. The sauna and the gym were a great plus.

Great place. Nice spa facilities. Just need to highlight that the spa area is mixed and no clothes allowed but that's very common in Germany.

Every thing was perfect. Keep going like that!

It was in a central location, lovely place, beautiful and clean hotel, housekeeping friendly, all staff friendly, restaurant very nice staff accommodating and friendly, some were funny, nice team.

Amazing accomodation. From the room, the facilities and the service. 6 stars. The location is also great for inner city Hamburg. We will definitely be back.

Great location, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. Loved the Nespresso machine with pods refilled every day and Le Labo products in the bathroom.

Great location close to Central Station and very quiet. No noise coming from outside.

A very good hotel for its price, the service was good and very friendly. Especially the man at the reception was very friendly and good.

Wonderful location and very nice staff. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. And the breakfast is excellent.

Very cozy and stylish building and rooms. So silent and great for good sleep. Close to the centre.

All was clean and quite. Good value and good location

Nice breakfast, room included what you basically need, nice neighborhood. Parking around the corner in a domestic basement. Good idea to book parking in advance. 30 minutes walking distance to the exhibition center. Many restaurants nearby. No EV chargers connected to the hotel but chargers can be found in the surroundings.

Lovely place and lovely people

I loved the library, the cozy atmosphere, the lush backyard garden, and the area where we could sit indoor and enjoy the garden through the floor-to-ceiling windows (it was a bit windy and wet when we visited).

Quiet and spacious, good design. Small but well thought hotel you feel relaxed right away
