It was a very nice and old hotel, very clean, organized, great staff and great location, very easy to get in and to move around the city

The design. The location. The people. The food and restaurant. The walks along the property. We needed a Black Forest cake though! Salads were amazing.

It was behind a beautiful walking area with a creek flowing . It's very rustic. Delicious dinner.

Phenomenal hotel, great location and wonderful and kind staff. Loved this historic hotel may the city gate.

Charming rooms, incredible location! It was more like an upscale boutique hotel, I loved it! Staff was super nice and friendly !

The staff made lemonade out of lemons! Why - you ask? Because the room they provided me at first had several issues. Yet, upon pointing them out to the staff, they gave me a new room, which otherwise would have been an upgrade. No problem! I had dinner at the restaurant, and it was great. The breakfast buffet was over and beyond what you could rightfully expect! The room was clean and comfortable and I could even get BBC on the TV.

Staff was super friendly! Location is perfect and apartment was really clean and nice.

-staff -location - cleanliness - Outstanding costumer service :)

Everything convenient, good staff, room big, breakfast good, carpark easy, new and good

I had passed this place many times in the past and was happy to have a chance to stay this time. I liked that it was close to Dreisamstadion because I was there for the women's match. Bad outcome there but exciting for 75 minutes. The guy from the kitchen gave me the key to check in a little early. The room was plenty big enough for me and the bed was comfortable. It was warm and the breakfast was good, too.

Really helpful, kind staff!. Room was very comfortable with small desk for working. Very firm bed and excellent breakfast buffet!

Very friendly staff. Great location. Quaint

Great location, just few minutes walking from railway station and not far from the center. The room is very comfortable and clean. Totally recommend.
