Friendly staff, my family and I were traveling on our way through Germany to Paris. There was a massive crash that cause a 5hr delay and the hotel accommodated our arrival at 2 am and were super helpful and kind. The breakfast was satisfying and provided a good variety for our kids. We didn't stick around and just passed through on our way to Paris, so I can't offer up anything on the hotel facilities and the like. Also, it's a little out of the way if you're trying to stay near the highway.

Great location. Pool and sauna lovely. Breakfast great. Room spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Garage Parking was available. The staff in the restaurant were very professional. The reception day manager spoke English and was very professional and helpful.

Great location for those travelling to a meeting or event in Saarland University. Very good value for money. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer late check-in free of charge via a key dispensing machine: just make sure you ask them to put your key into the machine before the reception closes.

Room was great, food and drink was great. Very convenient covered parking. Too bad it was raining the whole time because the outdoor garden area looked beautiful and would have been a great place to drink a Bavarian beer.

On arrival the bistro was closed and the general appearance was a little off putting but a revelation awaited. The rooms here are stunning, beautifully modern and lovingly decorated, the bathroom was terrific, the food in the bistro was superb and very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend staying here.
