Anitas Altstadtpension offers accommodation since 2017 and is set in the old town of Kelheim, 20 km from Regensburg. A TV is offered. They do a fabulous job. You feel at home, rooms are beyond clean and comfortable and breakfast is always perfect. We have stayed with them multiple times.
