I liked everything: service, staff, restaurant! The atmosphere was great. I feel like we will stay there once again for couple days while our next road trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, both reception and breakfast. There was a minor issue with our room neighbours, they were smoking a lot on their balcony, which is fine, but because of this we couldn't air properly in our room, especially at night in the summer. Then the reception helped us immediately and invited us to see a new room, with an isolated balcony. What a fantastic service, thank you!

We booked an apartment on the top floor. It was very modern and spacious, 2 twin bedrooms, large lounge, 2 bathrooms, balcony with great views. There is a lift up to the 5th floor. Location could not be much better with bars and restaurants just a few hundred metres away, breakfast was great. It had off street parking at the front

The whole house was very peaceful. I liked the room were you could make tea or coffee and that there was a small library. I also liked getting the help to find locations and the friendliness of the owner.

Incredible hotel with superb spa facilities! Large, spacious rooms with great mattress and superlative pillows (also available for sale). Great restaurant Own EV charge station & locked bike garage.

Very nice location with an excellent view on the Edersee and on Waldeck. Staff was very friendly and helpful, our apartment was well equipped and convenient. Parking was okay, could be a little limited during full hotel occupation.

Quiet and serene. The rooms were clean and well stocked -although a private coffee pot would have been nice. The towel warmer was wonderful. The views were incredible. The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. A mid January visit means most of the neighboring towns were resting after the Christmas bustle. It took some searching to find shops that were open. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great breakfast buffet, delicious dinner in the restaurant, very nice and clean pool. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
