I was met on site by the host which is very important to me & shown to my room. The room was very large & had modern near new facilities. The property was centrally located to restaurants & the military museum was an absolute lesson in history.

The little courtyard at the hotel was peaceful and beautiful! The breakfast was really special and delicious. Bathroom was spacious and loved the walk-in shower.

Breakfast was a dream, very well presented with a wide selection. Good coffee and tea. Seating is also outside in an inner courtyard. The bedrooms thoughtfully appointed, mattress very comfortable. Our ebikes were easily and securely stored.

Lovely hosts, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast - and in one of the most charming villages in Germany. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and considerate of us (travelling for the first time with a small baby), for example by arranging the perfect dinner reservation. We had a wonderful time. It goes without saying that the Hästens beds are amazing - well worth the investment!
