After a long time, a genuinely traditional and honest hotel. Solid building with proper thick walls. Heating works well and there is plenty of hot water. The bed is wide, comfortable, and clean. Free parking was a big plus. Breakfast was decent, slightly above average. Overall, I rate the stay very positively.

We had a family room with two beds. It was big and sufficient for 4 people. The location right at the border of the center of the city put most attractions in walking distance. The hotel also has a pool, but we didn’t use it.

The standard is great, everything feels fresh and is well taken care of. The cleanliness in the rooms is actually something I reacted on. It's really clean, everything was absolutely spotless. The owners (who ran the business on the weekends) are super nice and very easy to talk to. They are very careful to make sure you have a great visit! We even ended up buying locally produced honey from their local family. Some of the best honey I have had.

The rooms are responsive and clean. The owner is a difficult character, but all the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is standard. Parking is available next to the hotel – just ask! Ideal for us as a stopover!
