Overall, this is a very good hotel and one of the best I’ve stayed in. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well designed. The bathroom was modern and fully equipped, including a boiler, which was helpful. The room was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside and everything was clean and well maintained. The general standard of the hotel is high and very reliable.

Breakfast was really good There is a great coffee shop almost next door down a passage, they roast their own coffee.

Excellent location, excellent staff

I liked everything! Free parking under the windows. A wonderful walk to the lake. The jar of jam, kindly presented to us at the reception, was very tasty. There is a pastry shop nearby where you can buy fresh bread.

The staff atention were amazing. Daniel Daniela ( from the hotel's restaurant) and Natalie were very kind. The Spa , gym etc a 10 without a doubt..

The owner very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

Very cozy, authentic style apartments. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, just a little bit small for 3 adults. Amazing breakfast, I saw there was even wine 🙈Extremely helpful staff, convenient location and great price for the night.

Perhaps there could be more vegetarian options at breakfast — specifically, I would have liked a wider selection of cheeses — but otherwise, everything was perfect! We will definitely return because the city is beautiful, but until then, I've saved it as a transit accommodation too!

It wasn't a five-star hotel, I will agree, but for young families who just started to build a life and searching for an economical vacation place, it is the best option. We got a vibe like we were at home. The staff acted with us politely and friendly. The biggest compliments to the reception employee who treated us in the best possible way. Talking about location all the places you can reach by public transport which is near the hotel. , Also You can enjoy the 15-minute walk to Lindau where You will find other public transport stations which can take You to Austria or even Switzerland or if You don't wanna You can chill in a shopping mall.

Found this option on the day we wanted you to stay and had good reviews since booked. Very efficient staff, lovely facilities, centrally located, good value.

The staff was really nice and helpfull. I had the half-marathon and they were kind to allow to put food in the fridge and to leave my bag after the check-out.

Upgraded beautiful room in the middle of everything. Karrisma, the restaurant attached to the hotel was spectacular and we slept very comfortably in our cool, quiet room. The breakfast the next morning was quite tasty especially the coffee.

Great hospitality and very good location highly recommend

It was cozy, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were helpful, polite and super nice. We got a hot water boiler and tea which was wonderful after a cold and rainy walk.

We loved everything about our stay in hotel Ratsstuben. From the warm welcome, the very friendly and helpful team, the attention to detail in everything and the spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Our room was equipped with mini bar safe and tea/coffee making facilities as well as complementary water . The bed was so confortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Cake and fruit are put out daily for guests to help themselves It is situated perfectly in the Old Town a few minutes walk to the train station and the ferry terminal. Kindness and the personal touch are evident in all of the interactions with the husband and wife team and the other staff who we encountered in the hotel. They even remembered and thoughtfully marked an occasion we were celebrating. We had a wonderful stay.
