Very good location, opposite the Trave river but on the Stadtgraben, just a 3-4 minute walk to Holstentor and approximately 8-10 minutes to the Altstadt and old town hall. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Decent size room with the facilities you would expect and good breakfast. Good location just outside the north gate to the old Lubeck centre. The hotel parking was full, but it was easy to find a parking spot on the street outside (free during the weekend).

The breakfast is fantastic. Don't miss it! The staff is very friendly and tries to fill requests. In this case, there were a lot of cyclists around who needed safe parking for their expensive equipment. Location couldn't be better!

We arrived very early and was greeted by very nice, polite friendly lady who let us store our luggage until check in time and gave us a map of the area. The room was spacious, very clean and had a kettle , fridge, safe, and upright fan in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is in a good central location. Breakfast was optional and at a additional cost. We would stay in this hotel again if we revisit.

Kaiserhof was great - it's an old-fashioned venue and the dining room looks historic, but I enjoyed everything about the hotel. For people who are expecting something else, maybe it's disappointing, but I had no criticisms. The suite was clean and spacious and my family had a good time. The locaiton is good and allows a 10 minute walk to the center of town and many restaurants located nearby.

I loved the room, with a nice view of the back yard, with windows that could open so I could hear the birds singing. The bed was comfy! The location is nice, and I loved the town itself.

the hotel is quiet, located 5 minutes from the river. very peaceful place with a beautiful garden nearby. we took the cheapest room for 62 euros and for that price it was a good trip. we were offered several food options and we took breakfast. quite tasty, simple and filling for 9 euros. you can hear steps, opening/closing doors quite well, because the building is old, but apart from us there were very few visitors, so it was still very quiet
