Great location, really responsive, kind and helpful staff. It’s an old guest house and the decoration is dated (but charming) and most importantly, the rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are very comfortable! We only stayed one night, driving through Germany but we had a really pleasant stay at this guest house and we will be back for sure.

Very nice in a very nice environment

There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the staff were very bubbly. The evening meal was excellent. We didn't manage to sit outside as the restaurant was very busy but it was still a great setting. Both our rooms had great views and the rooms were both of a good size. Parked in the garage, which was small but great and also allowed exit out of hours as we had to leave early on our last morning.

Location in beautiful Iphofen - great breakfast

Family run hotel, with delicious food and welcoming atmosphere.

The room is spacious. The bathroom is also big and well ventilated. The breakfast is excellent (you can order warm meals that are made in front of you - we had eggs with bacon and buttermilk pancakes). The sauna is also great (one 60° and one 90°C!). The evening meals at the Gallo Pardo were also very delicious and the atmosphere is great. Overall we were very very happy with the stay! We were thinking of booking a more affordable stay at a smaller venue, but the prices here were very reasonable. For only 25 euro more per person we had so much more comfort than at a simple guest house!

Nice cosy rooms, exceptional hospitality.

Location is perfect and the room was super clean and smelled nice. Managers were flexible and very kind as well.

The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The only small thing I missed was a kettle for making tea or simply boiling water. There was a coffee machine, which I used for hot water, so it wasn’t a major issue, but having a kettle would make the room even more convenient.
