Search hotels in Memmingen

The town is delightful We arrived by train from Munich the hotel was a 5 minute walk.We had a map of the town and wandered around The following day we followed the map on both routes We found a brewery JoeseppsBrauhaus there we had excellent beer and food.We left the following day via the airport if we had more time we would have taken the train to Lake Constance I think Memmingham would be an excellent choice to visit and use the train to visit nearby towns.

Memmingen is lovely small town. If you happen to get there, don't miss the one hour train ride to Lindau am BodenSee, which is by far worth visiting and take one of the boat trips that connect Germany, Austria and Switzerland coastline towns round the lake.

If you need to take an early flight it is just perfect. Rooms very clean with towel and nice bedsheets and curtains and a table plus chairs, bathrooms very clean. The price is super fair. It's not my choice to sleep with four people in one room, but I knew what I was expecting. Everybody was trying to be calm and undisturbing. The very light light in the hallway all night is not neccessary. Very nice housekeeper. The area at night is pretty awful. There could be signs to find it - google maps was overwhelmed.

Leuk to visit, but not for a long stay. A half a day is enough to see de important parts of the city. One can combine it easily with a visit to the neighboring Ottobeuren. Usually, we stop overnight at Memmingen on the way from Holland to Austria/Italy.

Very beautiful traditional small town. Good but not many food options. Memmingen is nice but if you travelled there for Munich, then I don't recommend it. It's 1.3 hour away+the airport close at night so extra $$ for staying there.

Nice city with amazing river channels in the city center. I don't understand why everyone chooses to visit Munich when such a nice and quiet city with amazing architecture and cafes and stores is available. Nice city to walk in for one or half of the day.
